Our bun is made in house, its a Hokkaido milk bun, aka cloud bun. Then our specific grind of meat is a steak blend with some local cured bacon ground in to provide even more umami flavor to your palette. It's the meat you cant beat. Every month our chefs are working hard on creating a new and unique fancy burger that will provide your taste buds a culinary psychedelic experience that is out of this world.
